I partner with everyone in the software development lifecycle to solve problems & make improvements across the enterprise platform.

I design new features, as well as incremental updates, for multi-device usage.

I maintain component design libraries & documentation around the work I complete..

I involve user researchers & content writers in my projects, along with following localization best practices.

I mentor teammates across the organization, including within the Technology Department, the User Experience department, & the Women In Leadership group.

I was embedded in a large Agile development team, as the sole designer, accountable for all UI/UX designs & decisions across an enterprise solution. I collaborated with Developers & Product Owners to write requirements, build & maintain a backlog, & drive new functionality.
